In a small bowl combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. In a large bowl combine shortening, sugar and egg and beat until creamy. Once creamy, mix in corn syrup and Choco-Bake. Gradually blend the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt mixture into the wet ingredients. Stir until all is blended. Shape into balls, roughly 1 tablespoon of dough, and roll each in sugar.
Place the cookies on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake in a 350° oven for 12 - 15 minutes.
