| | Directions | | Preheat oven to 300. Line a 13x9 baking pan with heavy-duty aluminum foil, letting edges of foil extend over sides of pan. In small bowl, combine wafer crumbs, 3/4 cup nuts, brown sugar and butter. Press evenly into bottom of prepared pan, bake for 8 minutes. Let cool completely. In large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar at medium speed until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in sour cream. Pour over crust. Sprinkle with chocolate morsels. Bake for 40 minutes or until set. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup nuts. Let cool completely, cut into bars to serve. Store in refrigerator. |
