| Directions | Mix the sugar, eggs, pumpkin and oleo together. Sift together dry ingredients and add to first mixture. These will make a jelly roll pan plus a 9x9-inch pan. Bake 25 minutes at 350°. Frosting: Combine all ingredients and mix with electric mixer. I usually double this for a jelly roll pan so that it has lots of frosting. |
