| | Directions | | For brownies, put flour, sugar and cocoa in a small bowl. Put water, margarine and salad oil in sauce pan. Bring to boil. Pour this over dry ingredients and mix until well blended. Mix rest of ingredients. Pour into greased 11x18-inch sheet pan. Bake 20 minutes at 375°. For frosting, boil the margarine, cocoa and milk; then add the powdered sugar, vanilla, burnt sugar flavoring and blend together. Spread over cooled brownies. |
