| Directions | Cut the bananas into thin slices and place them in wine glasses. Sprinkle a tablespoon of sugar per cup of bananas; sprinkle the cinnamon to your liking.
In a bowl beat the cream until it forms stiff peaks. Cover the bananas with the whipped cream.
Finish filling the glass with shredded coconut and finally garnish with a cherry.
Refrigerate the cups of bananas for 1 hour before serving. |
