CHOCOLATE TOFFEE CRUNCH - Recipe

Directions
Preheat oven to 400°. Line a cookie sheet with foil, and spray foil with nonstick coating. Line prepared pan with saltine crackers. In a small saucepan, combine butter and brown sugar. Cook on medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Stir and boil 2-3 minutes, until slightly thickened. Pour boiling mixture over crackers, and spread with a spatula. Place in oven 5 minutes; remove and sprinkle on chocolate chips. Return to oven for 1 minute to melt chocolate chips. Remove from oven and spread melted chips. Place in freezer for 10-15 minutes. Break into pieces.

-40 saltine crackers
-1 cup butter
-1 cup Brown Sugar
-1 1/4 cups semisweet chocolate chips
