| | Directions | | In large bowl, cream together margarine and sugar, add corn syrup, lemon juice and egg. Mix well. Add flour with salt and blend well. Cover, refrigerate at least 1 hour. On floured surface, roll out dough 1/3 at a time to 1/8 inch thickness. Cut into desired shape. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 12 - 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove and cool on racks. Decorate as desired. Makes 10 dozen. |
