|Prepare Cooking Bag Brisket to shredded consistancy.|
Save juice. Put in bowl in refrigerator to harden grease.
Remove hardened grease. Save juice.
Add to large stock pot, shredded brisket, brisket juice and rest of ingredients above.
Add 4 cups water. More if needed.
Cook on medium heat until boils.
Cover, simmer, for 30 to 40 minutes.
Remove bay leaf.
