 | | Directions | | Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a jelly roll pan. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pie filling, almond extract and eggs. Spread into prepared pan and bake for 20-30 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. For frosting, combine sugar, butter and milk in a medium saucepan. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Boil and stir for 1 more minute. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips and vanilla. Pour over partially cooled bars. |
