| | Directions | | Bring sugar, milk and margarine to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add chocolate chips and vanilla; stir till melted. Remove from heat and add marshmallow fluff. Add toffee bits and mix together. Pour into 9x13 pan to cool and set. |
