| Directions | Mix peanuts, sugar and corn syrup, and microwave on high for 7-8 minutes, stirring at 4 minutes. Add butter and vanilla and cook in microwave for 1-2 minutes or until it begins to brown. Remove from microwave and gently add 1 tsp. baking soda. Stir until light and foamy. Pour out on buttered cookie sheet. Cool 1 hour and break into pieces. |
