| | Directions | | Cook water, sugar and syrup to 240°. Add margarine and peanuts. Cook to 310-325°. Add soda and vanilla. Soda will cause syrup to rise up so use a large kettle. Pour into greased jelly roll pan and spread. Stir occasionally until temperature reaches 240°. Stir constantly after adding peanuts. |
