Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, syrup & vanilla. Add peanut butter, oatmeal, baking soda, chocolate chips and M&M's. Let stand 30 minutes. Bake at 350° degrees for 10-12 minutes.
May substitute raisins for chocolate chips.
