| | Directions | | In mixer bowl, beat together eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin until light and fluffy. Stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and soda; add to pumpkin mixture and mix thoroughly. Spread in ungreased 10x15 pan. Bake at 350° for 25-30 min. Cool. Frost with cream cheese frosting: cream all ingredients together until smooth. |
