Crust: Mix flour, shortening and salt until crumbly. Stir in water until mixture forms a ball. Roll out on floured surface to fit a 9" x 13" pan; flute edges. Filling: Combine ingredients and pour into crust. Topping: Mix together the flour and brown sugar. Cut butter into flour mixture. Sprinkle over top of apples. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until top is browned and filling is bubbly. |
