| | Directions | | Preheat oven to 350°, and put water on to boil. Into a large pot, crumble sausage and cook with celery, peppers, onion and mushrooms. Stir in rice and soup mix along with boiling water and cook for 15 minutes. Mix in cans of soup, and pour all into a casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. |
