Directions

In punch bowl put frozen fruit such as strawberries, cherries and other fruit of your choice.

Ingredients
-		2 large cans pineapple juice
-		2 12 oz. frozen orange juice
-		2 gallons 7-up soda
-		1/2 gallon pineapple sherbet or ice cream (or orange, lime - whatever you want)
