| Directions | Cook rice. Sauté onions in 2 tablespoons butter. Add rice, ham, parsley, nuts, tarragon, salt and pepper. Add melted butter and Madeira. Mix gently. Bake in greased, covered casserole at 350° for 30 minutes. |
