| | Directions | Wash and dry chicken breasts with paper towel.
Lift skin and slip pineapple sage leave under skin, one on each end (two per breast).
Brush with olive oil and add 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt per breast.

It’s that simple. Pineapple sage will give a pineapple flavor without the sweetness. It's wonderful. |
