| | Directions | | Quarter apples and simmer in pan until soft enough to press through sieve. Return the applesauce to the pan and add the rest of the ingredients. Gradually bring to a low boil. Simmer until spreadable consistency; thicker than applesauce. Pour into hot sterilized jars. Wipe rims before putting on rings and lids. Process in hot water bath for 10 minutes. |
