Chicken wraps with cranberry, cucumber and tomato.

Soak dried cranberries in 1 cup water for 20 minutes or until softened, drain. Use just-cooked chicken or reheat the cut chicken in a little italian dressing to keep it from drying out in a skillet. Use low power if reheating in a microwave. Chicken may also be used cold, if desired.

In the 8 tortillas, layer chicken, cucumber, tomato, cheese, cranberries, lettuce and ranch dressing.

Roll up and serve immediately.
