Crush Oreo cookies and Butterfingers. Mix in bowl. Melt butter and add to cookie mixture. Put 1/2 on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Pat to form crust. Place slightly softened ice cream on top of crust. Top with remaining cookie mixture. Keep frozen.
