|For marinade: Mix ingredients all together in a large bowl.
Place the steaks in 1 gal zip lock plastic bag flat.
Pour marinade in the bag and seal and refrigerate for two days. Turn 5 or 6 time during the marinating.|
When starting the grill take the steaks out of fridge and let rest. Cook steaks as you normally would for proper doneness, about 8 minutes each side. Turn only once. Once turned place 1 tsp of butter on top of each steak.
