Pineapple Steak - Recipe

Marinate New York strip steak for two days as follows.

For marinade: Mix ingredients all together in a large bowl. Place the steaks in 1 gal zip lock plastic bag flat. Pour marinade in the bag and seal and refrigerate for two days. Turn 5 or 6 time during the marinating.

When starting the grill take the steaks out of fridge and let rest. Cook steaks as you normally would for proper doneness, about 8 minutes each side. Turn only once. Once turned place 1 tsp of butter on top of each steak.

-1 cup pineapple juice from 16 oz can sliced
-1/2 cup soy sauce
-1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
-1/4 cup sugar
-2 cloves garlic
-1/2 tablespoon celery salt
-1/2 cup Red wine
-4 New York strip steaks
-4 teaspoons Butter
