| Directions | Mix ingredients well and pour into pie shell. Bake at 375° for 50 min. or until center begins to set up. (I like mine to have just a little "jiggle" in center.) I put aluminum foil around the edge of pie crust so it won't get too brown. This recipe fills an 8 in. pie shell nicely. I triple the recipe to make 2 nice 9 in. pies. I usually use 3/4 c. dark Karo and 3/4 c. light Karo in my recipe so the pie is a little lighter in color. |
