 | | Directions | MAYO:
- Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and chipotle in food processor. Process until smooth, adjust seasoning to taste.
- Cover and chill.
SALAD:
- Combine broccoli, cabbages, carrots and apple in large bowl.
- Right before serving, pour chipotle mayo over slaw. Toss to blend.
- Serve immediately.
