|Heat oil in large skillet on med-high. Add onion and garlic and cook until transparent.|
Add chicken and cook through, add salt and pepper to taste.
Add water, bouillon, soy sauce, and veggies.
Bring to boil.
Stir in rice; cover. Reduce heat to low. Cook for 5 minutes.
Stir. Season with more soy sauce.
