Sausage Hashbrown Breakfast Casserole - Recipe

An easy breakfast casserole that doesn't have to sit overnight. Sausage and cheese top off these hashbrowns for a simple and delicious breakfast. Onions and peppers would be great additions to this breakfast bake.

Sausage Hashbrown Breakfast Casserole Recipe
Directions
Place hash browns in a 9x13 inch baking dish.

In a skillet brown and crumble the sausage; drain and set aside.

In a bowl, beat the eggs and milk. Pour over potatoes.

Sprinkle with half the cheese. Then cover with cooked sausage and remaining cheese.

Cover with foil and bake at 350° for about 50 minutes.

Remove foil and bake 10 more minutes.
