Spray your crock pot with cooking spray! Place layer of frozen potatoes on the bottom of the slow cooker, followed by a layer of meat, then cheese. Repeat the layering process two or three more times, ending with a layer of cheese. Beat the eggs, milk and pepper together. Pour over the Crock pot mixture, cover and turn on low. Cook for 8-10 hours.
-30 ounces frozen hash brown OBrien potatoes (cubes, with onion and pepper)
-1/4 pound bacon, cooked
-3/4 pound sausage, cooked
-1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
-12 eggs
-1 cup milk
-1 teaspoon pepper
