| Directions | Place hash-browns in a greased 9 X 13 pan. Drizzle melted butter on top and sprinkle lightly with salt shaker. Bake 350° for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle cheeses on top. In a large bowl beat eggs, milk and salt. Pour over potato mixture. Bake 350° for 30-40 minutes. |
