Stuffed Bell Peppers - Recipe

Peppers stuffed with rice, meat, and veggies.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix ingredients together (except peppers). Cut off the top of the peppers, empty seeds and clean. Stuff hamburger mixture into peppers and cook for 1 hour.

For a little extra flavor you can grate cheese (to your liking) over the top. (in my opinion cheddar tastes best!)

-1 teaspoon chili powder
-1 teaspoon garlic salt
-1 cup rice - cooked
-1 cup onion - chopped
-3 cans tomato sauce
-1/2 cup salsa
- Cheddar cheese - shredded (optional)
