Fry sausage until done (Drain grease)

Unroll crescent rolls and place on greased 8x13" baking sheet

Place sausage on top of crescent rolls

Combine eggs with milk, jalapeno pepper, and salt and pepper

Pour over sausage and crescent rolls

Top with cheddar cheese

Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.

-1 pound Jimmy Dean sausage (or favorite sausage)
-1 can Crescent rolls
-8 eggs (whisked)
-1 cup cheddar cheese
-1 milk (2 cup )
-3 slices jalapeno pepper (chopped)
- Salt/Pepper to taste
