| | Directions | | In medium sized bowl, mix together flour, salt, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, brown sugar, sugar and oil. Beat with mixer at medium speed until well blended. Remove 3/4 C of this mixture for the topping and blend it into the nuts and 1 1/4 tsp cinnamon; set aside. To the remaining mixture add remaining ingredients; blend until smooth. Pour mixture into greased 9 x 13 baking pan. Evenly spoon the reserved topping over batter and lightly press it in with the back of a spoon. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes. |
