| | Directions | | Mix flour, 3/4 cup sugar,and margarine. Reserve 1/4 cup for topping. Add soda, baking powder, 1/2 cup sugar, sour cream, salt, one egg, and vanilla and mix together to form batter. Pour in a 9 inch greased springform pan. In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, and egg. Pour over batter.Spread raspberry preserves over cream cheese layer. Top with crumb mixture reserved at beginning. Bake at 350° for 45-55 minutes. |
