Egg/Hash Brown Casserole - Recipe

Simple breakfast casserole that is sure to please. Use any combination of meat you prefer or have on hand. If you like your hashbrowns crispy, bake the hashbrowns and butter for 20-25 minutes before adding the remaining ingredients.

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray bottom of 9x13 pan with non-stick spray.

Spread hash browns on bottom of pan. Put 1/2 cup melted butter over potatoes. Spread meat on top.

In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add milk and shredded cheese. Pour this mixture over potatoes and meat.

Bake at for 45-60 minutes.
