| | Directions | | Blend sugar, salt and margarine. Add eggs and beat well. Stir in flour, soda and blend. Fold in rhubarb. Fill paper-lined muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 375° for 20-25 minutes. If desired, frost with powdered sugar icing while hot. Makes 18-20. |
