Combine eggs, milk, salt, pepper and butter. Stir well. Add the rest of the ingredients and pour into crockpot. Cook on low for 5-6 hours.

Instead of bread you can use 32 oz. hashbrowns and 1 dozen eggs.

-10 slices bread, cubed
-1 pound cooked sausage or 2 cups diced ham
-1/2 pound shredded Cheddar cheese
-1/2 green pepper, chopped
-1/2 onion, chopped
-6 eggs
-2 cups milk
-1 teaspoon salt
-1 teaspoon pepper
-1/4 cup butter, melted
