Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in the salt and flour. Mix well with fork. Cover and let set to rise about 1/2 hour. Spray pizza pan with Pam, sprinkle corn meal on sprayed pan, and spread dough out on pan with flour using your hands.
Do not get flour on the pan or you will not be able to spread the dough out.
You may also use whole wheat flour.
