Pulse flour, 1/3 cup sugar, baking powder, salt and butter in processor until texture of meal. Transfer to large bowl and stir in cranberries. Beat egg and milk with fork; add to flour mixture and stir with fork until evenly moistened. Drop by tablespoon 2" apart on greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sugar. Bake 12 to 14 minutes at 425° or until golden brown. Makes 12.
