A very simple salad that uses the tang of beets combined the creaminess of goat cheese

Directions
Chop or tear apart your greens (lettuce, romaine, etc) as desired - a mix tends to be better for this salad. Chop or slice the indivdual beets as you see fit - thinner slices tend to work better to spread out the flavor. Spread the crumbled goat cheese over the salad. Cover with Italian dressing as you see fit. Optional - Add some form of walnuts or other nuts for protein, if desired.
