| | Directions | | Mix water, yeast, sugar, oil and salt. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in eggs and beat. Add in 6 cups flour, then slowly add remaining 3 cups (or whatever feels right). Let rise for 1/2 hour. Shape into four loaves and place in greased bread pans. Let rise until doubled in size. Bake at 350° for 25-27 minutes or until golden brown. |
