- In food processor, pulse yogurt, chutney, lime juice and curry until blended but not completely smooth.
- Scrape the mixture into medium bowl, add grilled chicken pieces, green onion and cilantro; toss well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Lay spinach leaves on rolls, spoon chicken salad to top and serve.
