- Sift flour, baking powder and soda, and salt together in a medium bowl.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars until light.
- Add egg and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
- Beat in flour mixture.
- Fold in oatmeal, coconut and cereal.
- Bake at 375° for 12-15 minutes.
