| Directions | Heat oven to 400° grease bottom. Soak oats in milk 1 hour. Mix shortening, sugar & egg. Measure flour. Blend dry ingredients. Stir in mixture rolled oats & milk. Fill muffin 2/3 full. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Makes about 12 muffins. |
