In a medium bowl, whisk together the first 7 ingredients. Combine buttermilk, butter and egg in a small bowl then add this mixture to the dry ingredients. Stir just until moist.

Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray then heat over medium heat. Spoon about 3 Tbsp of batter per pancake onto the skillet. When surface of pancake is covered with bubbles, turn over. Cook until bottom is lightly browned.

Makes approximately 12 small pancakes.

-1/4 cup all purpose flour (1.1 ounce)
-1 cup quick-cooking oats
-1 tablespoon sugar
-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
-1/2 teaspoon baking soda
-1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
-1/8 teaspoon salt
-1 cup nonfat buttermilk
-2 tablespoons butter, melted
-1 egg (large)
