| | Directions | | Beat yeast, warm water, egg, salt, and cake mix together until smooth. Add 3 1/2 to 3 3/4 C. flour. Knead. Let rise 1 1/4 hours. Punch down. Roll out in rectangle; put some oil on dough, then add some sugar and cinnamon on dough. Roll up and put in loaf pan. Let rise again and bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes. The last 15 minutes, put foil on top so as to not brown too much. |
