| | Directions | | Sift dry ingredients together. Mix pumpkin, water, oil and eggs together. Pour into dry mixture and mix well. Pour mixture into 2 ungreased 9X5X3 inch loaf pans. Bake in 350° oven (preheated) for one hour and 15 minutes. Or until toothpick test comes out clean. Cool before removing from pans. |
