Slow Cooker Vegetable Soup Recipe
Directions
  • Prepare vegetables and place all ingredients in slow cooker.
  • Cover slow cooker and turn on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  • During the last hour of cooking time, add 1 additional cup of chicken broth or milk. Continue cooking time.
  • Season to taste.

    -14 ounces chicken broth or stock
    -1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules (optional)
    -2 teaspoons salt, adjust to taste
