Shrimp Salad Tarts Recipe
  • Coarsely chop shrimp.
  • In a medium bowl, stir together the mayo, sour cream, zest and lemon juice.
  • Add in the shrimp, celery and green onions.
  • Fill each tart shell with a heaping tablespoon of mixture.
  • Garnish if desired with chopped parsley and grated parmesan cheese.
  • Serve chilled.

-1 pound shrimp medium sized - cooked and shelled
-1/4 cup mayonnaise
-1/4 cup sour cream
-1 tablespoon lemon zest
-2 teaspoons lemon juice
-2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
-1/3 cup celery - diced
-2 tablespoons green onions - thinly sliced
- parmesan cheese - grated
- parsley to garnish if desired
