| | Directions | | Preheat oven to 350°. Grease bottoms only of three 6 x 3 1/2 inch loaf pans. In a large bowl, beat the sugar and oil. Add the bananas, yogurt or milk, vanilla and eggs. Beat well. Lightly add flour, salt and soda; (mixed in flour) just until moistened. Stir in the blueberries. Pour into greased and floured (bottom only) pans. Bake at 350° until toothpick comes out clean. Remove pans from oven. Cool 5 minutes and remove from pans. |
