Preheat oven to 400°. Cream oil, sugar and egg. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Turn into greased muffin tin and bake 20-25 minutes. Remove from pan while still hot. Roll in melted butter, then cinnamon-sugar mixture.
These taste just like donuts without the mess.
